9. How does eGrabber track orders coming from my Web site?
A Reseller ID is assigned when you sign up through our online form. Links from Reseller Web sites to eGrabber use a special format that includes this code. Every time a customer clicks one of those links to our site, this unique URL tells us which page to display as well as which Reseller sent the customer to us. We keep track of the Reseller ID as the customer browses through our Web site, and even if they close their browser and come back later that day.
10. What is a qualified download?
If a potential customer downloads eGrabber software for the first time and provides correct contact name, phone number and email address, then it is considered as a qualified download.
11. What is the cookie duration?
